Hiring a building dryer is interesting for those who want to finish their home. It will save you time and also the stress that is associated with lack of time. In certain cases, however, building dryers alone are not enough to get your building perfectly dry. It is important to properly inform yourself about this and to ask for a customised quote. There are circumstances where you will need extra fans and perhaps also additional heating. Below we briefly explain when a fan has to be used.
For drying plasterwork we will normally use condensation building dryers. These are very efficient from room temperatures above 7°C and ensure perfect drying, preventing cracks caused by too rapid drying. For proper uniform drying to be achieved, these building dryers are combined with fans. In this way, the dry air is evenly distributed over the different rooms and uniform drying results are obtained. Depending on the building dryer package that you have chosen wih us, fans can be installed the whole year through.
To properly dry your building, it recommended to use both a building dryer and a fan. A combination of building dryers and fans will boost the efficiency of the former by 40%. In addition, the fans will create a greater air flow along the surface, thereby causing the building moisture to evaporate faster and the building dryer to release considerably more water.
Setting up a fan does not imply any additional burden. We take care of the installation and the devices do not take up much space. A fan is larger than an electric heater, but still relatively compact. Moreover, each fan has three positions. Position two is the most optimal choice as it combines silent operation with high efficiency.
