During the winter, water pipes can burst due to the severe freezing temperatures. The owners of this new construction home called us in a panic on a Thursday evening to report that the water supply had burst. The resulting damage = the entire ground floor was under water.
Ordinarily, they were going to come here 1 week later to spray PUR, but to do that, the surface needs to be perfectly dry. That same evening, we sent a team to the site. By using a professional water vacuum cleaner, 1 DF600 industrial dehumidifier, 1 TTV4500 fan and 4 DFE25 electric heaters, we were able to get everything nice and dry in no time.
So it was still possible to go ahead with installation of the PUR the following week.
